Nicolette Viscusi is a licensed New York State real estate broker with Lette Realty Group based in Guilderland, New York.
While newer to the buying/selling sector of real estate, Nicolette is no stranger to the industry.
She is the owner and operator of Lette Management Group, a full service Property Management Company based in Rotterdam, New York.
When she is not leasing apartments, managing tenants or listing one of a kind new construction homes, you can find Nicolette in church, on her horses, rescuing and fostering dogs, or on a sunny beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida with her family.
Kaeli Jerome

She joined Lette Management Group in 2024 and has become essential to everyday operations, helping handle the more than 800 tenants in our portfolio.
